MIP:Lab enjoyed the IEEE International Symposium on Biomedical Imaging (ISBI) 2026 edition in London, UK!

Lab members Francesca Saviola and Ekansh Sareen were selected for oral presentations in the session entitled “How Brain Dynamics Relate to Behavior” . Francesca gave a presentation entitled “Human Brain Excitation-Inhibition Balance Through fMRI Dynamics: Estimators and in-Vivo Validation” and Ekansh gave a presentation titled “Functional Gradients of the Spinal Cord and Corticospinal System”.

Maria Giulia Preti was also attending, representing the Organizing Committee of the next ISBI 2027 to be held in Lausanne, May 25-28, 2027, for which she will serve as the Technical Program Chair.
