On September 8, Ilaria Ricchi, PhD student at the EPFL co-supervised by Dr. Nawal Kinany, successfully defended her PhD on developing new methods for spinal cord fMRI. The PhD committee was presided over by Prof. Silvestro Micera, external committee members were Prof. Anne Kavounoudias (Aix-Marseille Université) and Dr. Maryam Seif (University of Zürich), and the internal committee member was Prof. Auke IJspeert.
