The rtFIN (real-time functional imaging neurofeedback) 2026 conference was held October 4-7 at Campus Biotech in Geneva. About 140 enthusiasts using neuroimaging for real-time (closed-loop) feedback to modulate brain activity in healthy individuals and in clinical populations were gathered. A particular kudos to Tomas Ros and Nicolas Gninenko from the Organizing Committee for their exceptional engagement in making this edition such a success!
